Jessica Keopple, CPA

Partner, prepares tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts, and non-profits. She performs audit and review services and financial statement compilations. Jessi is a licensed CPA in Wisconsin and is a member of the AICPA and NATP. She is ready to tackle any accounting problem you have! Enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, playing darts and downhill skiing.

Tim Bergman, CPA

Partner, works with start-up and closely-held businesses and their owners providing them with accounting, tax, and consulting services. He prepares income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profits. Tim also assists clients with tax planning, financial statement compilations and QuickBooks services. He is a licensed CPA in Wisconsin and enjoys spending time outdoors, boating, and golfing.

Amanda Linehan, CPA

Partner, works with small to mid-sized businesses and their owners in the areas of tax compliance, tax planning, accounting assistance, and business strategy. She especially enjoys getting to know her clients’ businesses, which in turn, helps her plan more proactively for the business and the related individual owners/shareholders/partners. Amanda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from UW-River Falls and a Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota. Amanda enjoys all that the St. Croix Valley has to offer with her husband and two children. She is an active board member of the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and often volunteers to help with the Chamber’s many community events throughout the year.

Byron Dopkins, Retired Manager

Retired Manager, Specializes in individual and small business tax planning and preparation. Has been a practicing accountant since 1977. Byron is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He is a member and former President and Executive Director of The Wisconsin Association of Accountants, also a member of the National Society of Accountants. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Joe Vinopal, Jr., Retired Partner

Retired Partner, continuing to work as Manager, Notary Public, specializes in individual and small business tax planning and preparation. Has been practicing accounting since 1972. Joe is a member of the Almena Business Development Corporation, Almena Commercial Club, Wisconsin Association of Accountants, and the National Society of Accountants. He enjoys outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, golf, and boating.

Bradley Guinn, Retired Partner

Retired Partner, specializes in business planning including mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and preparation. He also specializes in income taxes for farmers and self-employed individuals.
